The artistic concept of scenography, design, architectural and technical solution of the stage and the stage direction (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) is protected by respective laws including copyright and related intellectual property laws protecting designs, know-how and multimedia solutions. The Work is also protected by other laws, such as under applicable legal regulation of unfair competition. The Work is protected in its entirety as well as in parts and components where applicable, such architectonic components and solutions, technical, technological and multimedia solutions such as light choreography, video sequences, coordination of the parts and components with the music etc. The Work and all its parts are protected by copyright law and aforementioned related laws and are operated by name of the company or its affiliated companies.
